Gadi Zeder

Gadi Zeder, married and father of three, lives and works in Tel Aviv.

He’s a graduate of the Graphic Design Department at Bezalel Academy of Art, and founder and co-partner of Zeder : Yariv advertising agency.

Parallel to the agency’s commercial activity, he gives freedom to his inner world in almost obsessive work – in an art studio adjacent to the office. His works are characterized by a variety of techniques, using non-standard materials as an essential role. These could be parts of old furniture used as a platform to enable the combination of color and engraving, or various sized advertising posters which serve as a basis for a series of works; a series which connects two seemingly opposing worlds, of focused advertising and free and unrestrained art.
